We offer a variety of unique and exciting shows that combine song, dance, comedy and more. We specialise in cabaret and burlesque shows that are the perfect blend of entertainment and art. Our performers are talented and passionate about delivering exceptional performances that will leave you wanting more. A place where you can switch off for an hour, put the day behind you, turn the music up and remember how good it feels to move, laugh and feel like you again.

Whether you’re rebuilding your confidence, trying something completely new, getting back to dance after years away, or simply looking for a space where you can have fun and meet amazing women, you belong here.

There’s no “right” age, body, ability or dance background, no pressure to be perfect, no judgement, just women showing up as they are, cheering each other on and discovering what they’re capable of.

Because sometimes, you don’t need to change your life, you just need one hour that reminds you who you are.

The Strut intensive course has had such a massive positive impact on my form, confidence and skills.
